I'll keep this simple.

My name is Ravinder Singh. I run The Interns. And before I tell you what this website is, let me tell you why it even exists.

I've been working as a professional for a few years now. And in that time, I've seen so many bright people — freshers, final-year students, recent graduates — struggle with something that honestly shouldn't be this hard: finding a decent job opening and understanding what it actually means.

Not the copy-pasted JD. Not the "5 years experience required for entry level role" nonsense. Just — what is this company, is this role real, should I apply, and what do I need to prepare?

Nobody was answering that properly. So I started doing it myself.

What The Interns Actually Is

It's a job and internship listing blog. But the way I try to run it is different from most.

Every post I write, I try to go beyond just sharing the link. I look at the company, check if they're legit, figure out what skills actually matter for that role (not just what HR wrote in the JD), and share what I know about the interview process or salary expectations — even if it's just from public sources like Glassdoor or LinkedIn.

Is every post perfect? No. Sometimes I'm working with limited information. But I'd rather be upfront about that than pretend I know everything.

Who I'm Writing For

Honestly — this site is for people who are where I was a few years ago.

Final-year students figuring out where to apply. Freshers who just graduated and feel a bit lost. People sitting in smaller cities who don't have the same access to campus placements or fancy networks.

If that's you — this is for you.

If you're looking for senior-level or 5+ year experience roles, this probably isn't the right place. I'm focused on the 0–3 year experience range.

One Thing I Want to Be Clear About

The Interns is not a recruitment agency. We don't take money from companies to promote their listings. We don't collect your resume or charge you anything — ever.

Everything published here is based on publicly available information. We just make it easier to understand.
