A Little About This Site
The Interns is something I built because I was tired of seeing freshers waste time on job listings that were either fake, expired, or completely irrelevant to someone just starting out. So I started researching openings myself, writing about them honestly, and putting them in one place.
This site is run by me — Ravinder Singh. It's independent. No big company behind it. Just someone who wanted to make the job search a little less painful for people like you.
What You Can Do Here
Everything on this site is free to read. You don't need to sign up, create an account, or pay anything to access any content here.
You can share posts, send links to friends, and refer people to this site. That's genuinely appreciated.
What I'd ask you not to do is copy full articles or pages from here and post them somewhere else as your own. Short quotes with a link back are fine. Full copies are not.
Using This Site Responsibly
This one is simple. Don't use this site to do anything harmful, illegal, or dishonest. Don't try to break into any part of the site. Don't spam the comments. Don't misuse any information found here.
I trust that most people reading this have no intention of doing any of that. But it needed to be said.
The Content Here Is Original
Everything written on The Interns — the job reviews, the company breakdowns, the advice sections, the page text — is written by me or my team from scratch. It takes real time and effort.
Copyright law covers this content. If you want to use something from here beyond a short quote, just reach out and ask. Most of the time I'll say yes.
About the Job Listings
I want to be upfront about something important. The jobs and internships I write about are not posted by me. They exist on company websites, LinkedIn pages, and application portals. I find them, research them, and write about them.
That means I cannot guarantee that a role is still open by the time you read about it. Companies close applications without telling anyone. Deadlines change. Sometimes a role disappears entirely with no explanation.
Before you apply anywhere, go directly to the company's website and confirm that the opportunity is still live. Don't just rely on what you read here.
Links Going Outside This Site
A lot of posts here link to LinkedIn, company career pages, and application forms. These are external websites that I have no control over. I can't be responsible for what happens on those platforms — their policies, their data practices, or anything else.
Use your judgment when clicking external links, just like you would anywhere else online.
Comments
If you leave a comment on a post, you're responsible for what you write. Keep it relevant and respectful. I reserve the right to remove anything that's spam, offensive, or misleading.
By commenting, you're okay with that comment being visible on the site.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
I put real effort into making sure what's on this site is accurate and useful. But I'm one person running an independent platform. Things can slip through. A detail might be outdated. A link might break.
If you take action based on something you read here and it doesn't work out — a job falls through, a company doesn't respond, a listing was already closed — I'm sorry that happened. But I can't be held responsible for outcomes that are outside my control.
Please use this site as one source of information, not the only one.
