About the Job

Rubrik is hiring Software Engineer Interns who want ownership, not just tasks. You will work in a fluid, collaborative environment, ship real features, and learn by building. If you are driven, curious, and want to solve meaningful engineering problems, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software components.
  • Own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with strong technical judgment.
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of services and systems.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in one or more: Java, C/C++, Scala, Python.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and bias for action.

Minimum Eligibility

  • CGPA: 8.0 and above.
  • Graduating Year: 2026 (Circuital branches only).
  • Availability: Onsite in Bangalore from January 2026 to May 2026 (no remote option).
