About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Park+, you will be working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. APMs are the backbone of the product organization, ensuring that user needs are translated into product features, that technical teams have clarity on priorities, and that business objectives are achieved through impactful product execution.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze product performance and track key metrics that define success.
- Gather feedback from users, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Troubleshoot live issues and provide timely production support.
- Work on incident handling, escalation management, and quick resolutions.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
The role is designed for individuals with 1–3 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in B2C platforms or motor insurance. Park+ is seeking candidates with strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and a keen understanding of product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Report and collaborate with the product development team regarding product performance and KPIs.
- Gather and analyze product data, including web analytics, consumer insights, and user behavior trends.
- Read, understand, and effectively communicate technical details with engineering teams.
- Coordinate with operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Identify product issues and propose fixes based on root-cause and impact analysis.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing product features.
- Provide production support and monitor live systems for timely resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot product-related technical challenges to ensure stability and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
Park+ is looking for candidates with the following skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in B2C products and/or Motor Insurance preferred.
- Strong product insight with the ability to analyze market and consumer trends.
- Hands-on technical exposure with Shell/UNIX commands, MySQL/SQL, and Linux OS.
- Familiarity with incident handling, escalation processes, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with tools like Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
